Be Grounded is a live, weekly, pre-work, online meditation offering
that helps you meet section 4 of these new standards.

Each session nurtures your team's wellbeing needs, as well as
generates anonymous measurements of what matters.

Your B Corp recertification requires you to measure and improve workplace culture.
Here is a simple way to start...

B Corps 7 Core Impact topics

Fair Work standards are now mandatory for B Corp (re)certification.

There are a lot of details to work through. Be Grounded is a simple way to nurture your organisations culture and receive feedback on what matters most.

From 2026, Fair Work is one of seven mandatory impact topics every B Corp must meet at recertification. There is no offsetting between topics. B Corp is now measuring specifically the improvment of the lived experience for all of your employees.

Be Grounded speaks to two of the FW4 requires specifically:

  • Measure workplace culture across at least two themes from: satisfaction, wellbeing, belonging, feeling & being engaged and psychological safety (FW4.1)
  • Document a culture improvement plan, get leadership sign-off, share it with your team and update it every year (FW4.2)

Be Grounded is built to deliver both.

B Corps New Fair Work Standards

"Culture is a leading indicator of resilience."

— B Lab

Every Wednesday at 8am, your team joins a 30-minute live guided meditation, accessible on line from anywhere. No additional equipment or prior experience needed.

Each session is led by Liz Barile-Page, a qualified yoga & meditation teacher, sound therapist and Heroic Coach with nearly 20 years of business development experience. At the close, an anonymous pulse poll captures how your people are feeling across the FW4 themes. Those responses build week by week into a longitudinal culture record, auditable and outcome-focused in the way the new V2 evidence standard requires.

"This isn't about checking boxes. It's about asking the right questions, listening deeply, and capturing meaningful signals across your workforce." — B Lab, FW4

Mindful Performance

B Corps New Fair Work 4 Themes

"When workers thrive, companies do too."

— B Lab

Tested in a founding UK B Corp. Backed by peer-reviewed research.

Liz led guided meditations inside Pukka Herbs, Bristol born, organic herbal tea company and a founding UK B Corp, weaving seasonal awareness and business cycle knowledge into monthly international team meetings. That is the practice Be Grounded is built on.

The evidence is substantial. A meta-analysis of 56 randomised controlled trials found that workplace mindfulness reduces perceived stress and improves well being, engagement and job satisfaction, with effects sustained at three months. A separate synthesis of 91 peer-reviewed studies confirmed consistent reductions in stress and burnout across workplace settings.

Four steps. Every Wednesday.

Keeping the Pukka Spirit Alive!

Liz Barile-Page is the founder of Inner Adventure Guide, a Bristol-based holistic wellbeing practice rooted in nature, evidence and nearly two decades of business development and event management experience.

For several years she was part of the International Business Development team at Pukka Herbs, Bristol’s organic herbal tea company and one of the first businesses in the UK to certify as a B Corp. Pukka offered mindfulness programmes to all its employees. It wove seasonal awareness into its culture and invested genuinely in the wellbeing of its people as a daily organisational practice. Working there gave Liz a clear sense of what it feels like to be employed by an organisation that truly acts on its stated values, and the kind of standard against which everything else gets measured.

When Lipton acquired Pukka and the Bristol operation was closed in a mass redundancy, that chapter ended. Liz was among the ninety people made redundant.

The redundancy pay she received went directly into completing the professional training she needed to carry the Pukka spirit forward: her Mountain Leader award, sound therapy qualification, and further project management certifications. Inner Adventure Guide exists because that culture deserves to live on, and because other Bristol businesses deserve support in building something that holds.

Be Grounded is the most direct expression of that founding conviction. It brings the kind of practice Pukka invested in for its people to the wider B Corp community, with the evidence, structure and measurement tools that the new Fair Work standards now require.

Liz is a qualified sound therapist (BAST), yoga teacher, Heroic Coach and Summer Mountain Leader. She is working toward B Corp certification herself.

Her work is rooted in John Muir’s observation that going out is a way of going in. Wednesday at 8am is where she invites you to join the Be Grounded Inner Adventure.

For decisions specific to your certification, check with your B Corp advisor.

Every session is recorded. Team members can watch back within 48 hours and complete the pulse poll in the same window.
