From 2026, Fair Work is one of seven mandatory impact topics every B Corp must meet at recertification. There is no offsetting between topics. B Corp is now measuring specifically the improvment of the lived experience for all of your employees.
Be Grounded speaks to two of the FW4 requires specifically:
Measure workplace culture across at least two themes from: satisfaction, wellbeing, belonging, feeling & being engaged and psychological safety (FW4.1)
Document a culture improvement plan, get leadership sign-off, share it with your team and update it every year (FW4.2)
